Dear players,

we bring some very exciting news ‒ the long-awaited character transfer from Cataclysm to Mists of Pandaria is finally available!

• This service can be used through the Character Customization option in the Account Manager, and is completely free of charge.
• Only level 85 characters may be transferred. Moreover, characters with over 1000 gold or those that were already cloned from Apollo to Helios when it was launched also cannot be transferred.
• After using it, you have 2 hours grace period during which you can still withdraw the transfer. Once the transfer begins, it takes up to 5 minutes and is irreversible ‒ this is a one-way transfer; it is impossible to move the character back once it is done!
• Only the following is transferred:
  • basic character parameters (level, gold and other currencies),
  • all items in the inventory, bank, and Void Storage,
  • reputations,
  • professions (including associated spells/skills),
  • completed quests (but not active quests),
  • achievements,
  • (hunter and similar) pets (but not companions).
• Please note that the following is not transferred:
  • any account-wide possessions, such as companion pets and mounts (with the exception of character-specific mounts),
  • any modifications on your items, such as transmogrification or enchantments,
  • any class spells or talents, since they are reworked in Mists of Pandaria.
• Before you transfer the character, please don’t forget to cancel all your in-game auctions and take everything from mail!
• Once the transfer is done, you will find your character on Helios. You will also be able to rename the character when you log in.
