Compensation for Domain Issues
Dear players,
last week, we were facing issues caused by the DNS registrar of our twinstar-wow.com domain. We are happy to announce that these issues have finally been resolved, all of our services are now available again, and all our game clients can be used as before (some of you might need to refresh your DNS cache).
Please don’t forget to try all our realmlists, as mentioned in our How to connect guide, to find the one that works best for you—especially now that many of you are using a single realmlist. We have also optimized latency tests for more accurate results and made several improvements to routing for even better connection.
We are excited to announce that during this week, a special compensation is active, running from September 9th to September 15th.
During this week, the following bonuses will be available:
- Bonus weekend bonuses (experience, reputation, etc.) will be active for the entire compensation week.
- All items in the Donate shop will be discounted by 33 %.
- Every account that was online from September 2nd to September 5th receives 154 stars—two for each hour we experienced domain service issues.
- For every donation above 10 EUR, the amount will be tripled if paid via bank transfer, and if paid through PayPal, these rates will apply:
10‒24.99 EUR: 50 ⭐ per 1 EUR
25‒49.99 EUR: 60 ⭐ per 1 EUR
50‒99.99 EUR: 75 ⭐ per 1 EUR
100 EUR and above: 90 ⭐ per 1 EUR
