Dear players,

we would like to present you a way that will connect you with our community managers. We know that communication between the Apollo team and the game’s community is important and we care about your opinions. We have prepared two forms for you. One is intended for the CZ/SK community and the other is in English for the international community. What form you use is up to you because the content of the forms is identical.

And what is it actually about?

It is a form that can be filled out very simply and requires no registration.
Just read the introduction, specify your realm, the type of post, write your message and then choose submit. A community manager will be notified of the new post, they will process it and forward it to a specific sector (according to content) in the Apollo team (Admin, CM, GM, DEV, QA).

All posts are anonymous. However, if you want feedback from the community manager, you must add your contact information to the post.
The form includes an optional question at the end of the form and is for statistical purposes only.

The CM team accepts the following types of contributions:

– Suggestions: A place for your ideas that you would like to share with us.
– Comments: Suggest what we should improve.
– Complaints: Tell us what you don’t like.
– Other: Intended for a custom topic.

Please note that these forms are not for reporting rules violations and game issues that are solely addressed by a Game Master.
These posts will not be processed.

To report a violation of rules, use our Discord, channel #player-reports.
If you have an issue that only affects your character, open a ticket in the game.
If this is a global error, use our bug report.

Vážení hráči,

rádi bychom vás seznámili s cestou, která vás propojí s našimi community manažery. Víme, že komunikace mezi Apollo týmem a herní komunitou je důležitá, a záleží nám na vašich názorech. Připravili jsme pro vás dva formuláře. Jeden je určen pro CZ/SK komunitu a druhý je v angličtině určen pro mezinárodní komunitu. Jaký formulář využijete, je pouze na vás, protože obsah formulářů je totožný.

A o čem je to vlastně řeč?

Jedná se o formulář, který lze velice jednoduše vyplnit a nevyžaduje žádnou registraci.
Stačí si přečíst úvod, uvedete váš realm, typ příspěvku, napíšete vaše sdělení a poté zvolíte možnost odeslat. Community manažeru přijde oznámení o příchodu nového příspěvku, příspěvek zpracuje a přepošle konkrétnímu sektoru (podle obsahu) v Apollo týmu (Admin, CM, GM, DEV, QA).

Všechny příspěvky jsou anonymní. Pokud však máte zájem o zpětnou vazbu Community manažera, musíte k příspěvku přidat svůj kontakt.
Součástí formuláře naleznete volitelný bod, který je umístěn na konci formuláře a je určen pouze pro statistické účely.

CM tým přijímá tyto druhy příspěvků:

– Návrhy: Místo pro vaše nápady, o které byste se chtěli s námi podělit.
– Připomínky: Navrhněte, co bychom měli zlepšit.
– Stížnosti: Řekněte nám, co se vám nelíbí.
– Ostatní: Určeno pro volné téma.

Rádi bychom vás upozornili, že tyto formuláře neslouží pro hlášení porušování pravidel projektů a problémů ve hře, které řeší výhradně Game Master. Takové příspěvky nebudou zpracovány.

Pro hlášení porušení pravidel použijte náš Discord, kanál #player-reports.
Pokud máte chybu, která se týká pouze vaší postavy, otevřete si ticket ve hře.
Pokud se jedná o chybu globálního charakteru, využijte náš bug report.
